I am Running R11 software
I have set Per Station CPN - Send Calling Number N
and this has stop the CPN going out to Line
However when an agent logs into this station the CPN is then sent to line is this normal or is it considered wrong
Agent login can have different COR which inturn could have different Time-of-day numbers and give an agent login in a Partition Group Number/route number that is different then the station.
