CP150 importing vbk messages

Hello,
I have a client that has a CP150 31.10.14.22 that defaulted due to a power outage, but it did keep its IP address information.

I am having troubling importing their vbk files.
I am using the same exact computer with the same CP Player 2.50.06.27 as I did a few months ago.
This exact setup and files all worked previously but not today.
I had all of the files and everything from last time.
I can play the vbk files via CP Player and they are there and working.
When I click on "SEND" I can see really briefly that is says "Import in Progress" but that only last a fraction of a second and then goes back the the idle recording screen.



Any ideas on what to try?

Sounds as if there may have been some damage to the CP.
You can try removing the flash card, putting it in a PC, and running a CHKDSK on it, but that may only work on the portion of the card formatted FAT.
You may need another flash card.

Thanks for the thought.
I might give that a try next time I go out just to see what happens. My fix for yesterday was to just play the recording over the PC speakers and holding the handset to the speaker.
Kind of lame way to do it but it worked as a fix.
