cp150 call center with reporting,s/w 31.10.31.22 and rcc s/w 31.10.28c.Real time and ipview do not see the calls abandoned the ACD,but when I request a report for the day I see abandoned calls.Every thing else works ok.Any ideas

I would suggest upgrading CP's to latest release. Also, make sure the pc with rcc has not been updated, firewall has not been turned on, anti-virus is disabled and java is on 1.4.2 (thats what I have in 3 sites with rcc).
