Customer has an emergency/guest mailbox (i.e. "if this call is an emergency, press 50, leave a msg and someone will get back to you immediately" It then dials a company cell phone to let them know there's a message).
They're having problems in that sometimes the customer can't leave a message, and other times they can leave a message, but there's no cell call.
The mb still shows up on the list, but is not available. They've never had a problem with any of there regular mailboxes
Any suggestions...it's a callpilot 3.0 and a CICS
