Have a Call pilot 100 (3.1) with a MICS. The unit has been working fine, and, of course is just out of warranty. 2 LED's on the callpilot are flashing as soon as we cycle power..the 10/100 and the bottom ethernet LED. Can't find what error that relates to.
Thx.

9 volt power supplies are defective and replaced with 8 volts. Check to see which one you have.

The can call a tech and have them bring a new one, if its not that they will then hook up a laptop to the CP to veiw the boot sequence.

Yes, our first step was to replace the p/s...still nothing. Is there any online reference to LED error codes?

Sorry I posted this in the wrong place so now I'll post it here.
If memory serves me I think that is a software error. Try this, take the software out of the system then power it up with no software and see what the lights do.
