Yes,
Go to Network Connections and start creating an Advanced Connection with dial in capabilities. If they changed something in the RAS service, the system will tell you the RAS service is configured and enabled and you must turn it off to set up the Network Config.
Click yes, and then it will open the RAS service box. Click on the Call Pilot Sever name shown, then right click and disable the RAS service.
Then start creating the Network Connection again and set up to all for Dial in Access, allow VPN connections (so you can use putty.exe to hit the switch while dialed into the Call Pilot) and this should work.
It will ring 4/5 times before answering, but I use this now instead of RAS since network security people like to limit this function.
