CP Pay advices were sometimes blank when emailed

It could be many things. You need more details from the client.

Thanks for the reply. I think I know the answer. The client is using a macro to print the pay stubs and the macro UI has bank and check stock code fields. If the user didn't enter any value for either of these fields or both, it prints/emails a blank pay stub.
