CP DN B1 Channel no answer?

Got a CP150 answering a PRI on an MICS 6.1x. SMDR records indicate that the B1 channel is answering a call (presumably when the regular B2 channel is busy) but only returning dead air of which callers complain of. SMDR records indicate that no call handling takes place either.

Hope I've stated this clearly enough. Anyone got a suggestion here?

To see if your channels are good, go to several phones in the same area and Feature 981 all of them as fast as you can. Let the canned prompts play. I know that will be tough as you have to do 8 at the same time, but that will tell you if a channel is giving dead air. I don't remember if individual mail dn's show in the SMDR data, but if they do, you're golden.

Did Brian's suggestion today. Wait and see. Problem new to the system and me. If this fails I'll update the CP software and see.
