CP APPLICATION BUILDER - TIME CONTROL BOX

I have built an auto attendant and none of the boxes are pink. The problem is when I go to save it it says the Time Control box is not connected. UH???????

Under properties I have the times in there. I have the inside and outside boxes defined. I have looked through the CP Application Builder book.

It has to be something I am missing because yesterday I was working on another one and the same thing. So today I thought I would do a test on a new one and the same message.

YOU ALL I GOTTA TELL YA. You know this Call Pilot. I gotta hand it to you. Seems pretty simple, but when it dont work, it dont work. HELP. Thank You in advance. Mary

Make sure you haven't accidentally dragged a time control box off the visible part of your screen or layered something on top of it.

nope. it is out there all by itself. my menu is 7315, but i am using time_4000. i am sure that is fine to use time from another application. i doubt it would have to say time_7315 or would it.

Are you imbedding applications or is the application standalone?

Well we copied x 4000 then we had to imbed a new menu (another option) to be added to the copied 4000 menu as one of the choices. So the answer is YES.

It says the time box is "unreachable". Not "not connected"
Duh. Connected, unreachable.....i guess they could mean two different things. Thanks, M

Were you able to solve your problem or will you need further assistance?

Personally, I don't like imbedded applications, then again, in the environment that I work in. Menu's change often and imbedded applications makes change more time consuming.

No I am still working on it. I yi yi. Do you know how I can cut and paste on Application Builder? When I hilight the application then copy is not an option. Eh......Kinda stuck here.

Easier to just rebuild.

really I did start it from scratch and built all of it. I didnt the test one. the other one which is a copy of our main one is getting the same time control box error. that is what got me to build a new one. i am not sure how else to set up that box.

OK - My boss got it. I had forgotten to add the DN & TN to the PBX. DUHHHHHH. I feel so dumb. Oh Well. I wrote it down. Next time. Thank You, Mary

Well I thought I had it, then lost it. HA.

When I make the line go from the start box to the day box it says the time box is unreachable. When I take the line from the time box to the start box it says the day control box is unreachable. So I guess I dont have it. When I go to save the application it says the Time Control box is unreachable when it is attached to the day and Day control is unreachable when the start box is attached to the Time Control box. HELP!!!! Thanks, Mary
