After upgrading and installing data base from our cp-14 to a cp-24 pim 0 and 1 are ok but pim 2 relays on power supply chatters and cp-15 on pim 2 does not activate. Any help would be great.

After you load in the old database you have to go to offline mode. Set your sense wheel to 2 and connect to the pbx and do CM00>90>0 to convert the database. After that is finished set your sense wheel back to 0. Reconnect and do cm 056>00>2. This is needed, becouse of the built in firmware processor on the CP24. I hope this helps.
You have a PW121 problem by the sounds of it.
Power down the system and remove all connections from PIM 2 including BUS and power cables. Remove all cards off the backplane and the LTC cables. Replace the AC connection and power it on again. If you still hear relays clicking that PW121 should be replaced. Swap it with the one in PIM 1 to help isolate the issue.
As for the FP you should check CM F88>10 and it should show 192 or higher. If it does you still need to correct the power issue before the FP will come on line.
