CP 150 "Incomplete Tree"

Folks,got another dandy.....I have rebuilt our CCR in our CP 150.....I have everything in it but I cannot enable the tree in/at any time of the day....morn,afternoon etc....
screen says 'Incomplete Tree". I know it must be simple, but
I'm just SIMPLY frustrated! Help please?

that's what i thought too....i checked them all..

vm option to non existent mb...trans option to invaild ext...if you cant find then delete and try again..also check all trees for incomplete programming
 
maybe its second level menus ...
try looking using a PC/browser ...it'll be a lot easier
 
well here's the latest trick/twist.....I am supposed to have 64 MB's also, but #49 says Information...and I can't change it either....keycode problem?

You'll probably have to delete it and re-add as subscriber. You may want to log into it beforehand, though, and check the greeting to make sure it's not something that's actually in use.
 
Well that's the prb..it won't let me..I have only Information as a choice....
 
Log in to f983, press 44, press view, this will check how many mboxes you have, and other options. As for the tree, delete one path at a time, and try to save. One of the paths is set up wrong.

When in doubt RTFM (read the friggin manual)
 
try looking using a PC/browser ...it'll be a lot easier to 'see' all the menus/sub menus and all programmed mailboxes
 
Hey thanks to all!!! it was two things:

1) I had a subnode as a "menu" instead of "Info"

2) When we origninally purchased the CP-150, 64mbs and keycodes were paid for. After checking, the Vm only had 20.
The vendor said they would make it right w/us. Thanks again! You guys have been great!
