Anyone had this problem, when going to record a Greeting after you hit the REC button the phone display reads "CAN NOT CONTINUE" and it disconnects from the voice mail.
 
is it possible you've maxed out the storage capacity?

is it a NEW one?
 
I have not seen that one. I would try a reboot. Was it just a plain greeting, or were you maybe trying to record an active CCR path? You would have to have a lot of stuff to take up 9 hours of storage (maxed out theory.)
 
Not maxed out and yes it was a Main Greeting not CCR. Did a reinstall and problem did not return on this one. I did not think anything of it until I got a call from another person and they had the same exact problem (on a different system). That's why I decided to post here and see if anyone else has seen the problem. It's ICS 6.1 with CP 2.1.
 
When I got a can not continue I basically reinstalled the voicemail and started from scratch. It fixed my problem. But I havent had the problem on any callpilots, Only flash voicemail and NAMs.
