Hello,
I have a folder that gets 97 Excel files dumped into it regulary and I am wondering is there anyway to convert them to 2003 with out having to open each one individually and saving them. I apologies if this is in the wrong area but I thought I would try here first. If there is already an existing post that addresses my need this please point me to that. Thanks a bunch!

What's to convert? The file format hasn't changed since 97, so all you have to do is open them when you want to. Excel will recalc any workbooks created in an earlier version but thats all really. No need to treat them as anything other than normal excel files.
