I have someone with a coverage path of 'attd, audix'. When that person gets a call, and doesn't answer (e.g. in meeting) then the attd gets the call. If it is important she needs to be able to transfer it back (interrupting meeting). When she tries that it just goes to vmail. In other words, the original number doesn't ring again. Can this be changed?

I think the feature you are looking for is the 'consult' feature.

From the Definity admin book:

"Consult allows a covering user, after answering a coverage call, to call the principal (called party) for private consultation. Activating Consult places the caller on hold and establishes a private connection between the principal and the covering user. The covering user can then add the
caller to the conversation, transfer the call to the principal, or return to the caller."

Try putting a 'consult' button on the attendant console.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)
