Coverage Remote - Delay - Answer Supervision??

I have a station that goes to a cover path that contains "R2" (Remote #), when I call that station it forwards out to the remote number and when the person answers there is a delay before they can hear anything from me. The delay is about 1 second then you hear "click" then you can talk. I can hear them immediately, they can not hear me until the click. Does this have something to do with answer supervision? If so where can it be changed?

Look on the first page of the the trunk form that the call is going out on near the bottom. my is at 0 Wisdom is Knowledge
