Coverage path

This coverage path problem came when caller still search for the same extension, when first call was not success (not answer or busy), then system ask user again to reach another extension. Many caller try to reach at the same ext again, and hear ring back until its disconnect.
I need to add announcement to say thankyou and repeated the question again (for searching another ext) but I think it locked up at the coverage path it self.

I am running in S8700 with CM3 installed.

Here's the flow :
Vector(search extension) > ring not answer/busy > prompt caller to search another extension > caller press same ext number > ring until end

Have you tried calling from another ext and running a "list trace" command? That might show where it is getting hung up.
