My office using two language announcement for routing incoming calls, first bahasa Indonesia and English language. When system search extension and found busy, coverage path with vdn inside inform that extension is busy and generate announcement that extension is busy.
When incoming call choose English language and point to extension that in busy state, English language will cover it, and the same thing if incoming call choose other language.

Is there any command that solve my problem, I'm running out of ideas, hopefully someone can help me out?

You could set up an Agent Login and login to the Extension. When the extension is busy the agent state will be not Available.

The vetor which routes the calls to the extension can then check that the extension is free using:
Code:
goto step 10 if available-agents in skill 55 < 1

Since you are checking the state of the phone before routing the calls to the extension you can give a language specific announcement in each vector.

If you need a longer explanation let me know.

Hope this helps,

Ronster

Hi Ronster,

Currently my office not using agent for login. I already create coverage path for every extension that if 4 ring not answer or busy state, vector will prompt caller that extension can not be contacted. The problom is announce language, we need to prompt caller base on language that they choosen.
ie announce for main hunting "thank you for calling ... for indonesia press 1 for english press 2... en so on" when caller press 2 then another ann says (in english language) "please dial the extension number".
So if the ext busy, it prompt caller in english. The same for Indonesian language.

Thank you Ronster, any trick for this problem ?,
Rgds

Sorry Jagoan,

The only solutions I can think of involve having logins so the state of the extension can be checked or routing one of the languages to dummy extensions which have different coverage paths. Neither of these seem ideal for your issue.

Whenever I've done language routing I've always used skills which gives much more flexibility.

Good luck,

Ronster
