I have a coverage answer group that will not ring one certain phone. All the other phones ring in the answer group, but extension 1203(which has 1200 bridged on it)will not ring. 1200 is also in the answer group and appears on other phones that do ring.
I can directly call extension 1203 and it will ring. But in the coverage answer group it will not ring. I added a new "test" extension 1177 as a bridged key on this phone and added that extension into the answer group as well and it will still not ring the phone. I know the ringer works fine on the phone. could the bridged appearance of 1200 be preventing the phone from ringing?... Because 1200 is in that answer group?
