I have a very unique problem on a customer pbx. This is a definity prologix g3csi V12.
I have an extension 6810 as exported with 8 other stations that have it bridged. The cover path on 6810 is directed to go to attd after 2 rings. When you call 6810 via a DID it rings 11 times on all 8 stations and then moves to the attd. The question is why is it waiting until ring 11 to ring on the console?
We have tried multiple different configs with SBA options in system-parameters coverage-forwarding. We also tried removing station readding it as well as cover path. We also tried to make another station that is only bridged on 1 phone and got the same results. In addition we tried to assign 6810 a port number and received the same symptoms.
There must be some sort of system wide setting that is not allowing coverage to the attendant or the attendant extension.
When we trace all this out we see the call cover to point 0????? If we trace the attendant it looks like it is ringing on her station after the specified rings but it is not, and also it continues to ring on the bridged stations.
