I'm on Communication Manager 3.0 and setting up an auto-attendant for a help desk. They want the calls to ring on everyone's desk at the same time for some options. I've set up a cover answer group using a dummy extension that covers to a cover answer group followed by voicemail. Everything works great with the exception of the coverage notification tone you hear after selecting the menu option (before ringing to the group). I'm probably missing something very obvious, but I can't seem to figure out how to get around this.
