Why do we have two coverage path in station?? Whats second cov. path for?
How many Forward no answer station does avaya support?? i mean in some other product forward no answer work for two extensions only, the call cannot forward to third extension after no answer.

You can assign a feature access code and allow the user to switch between coverage paths. Quick and dirty 6, as you have 6 steps in a coverage path.
