Couple of Questions about Crystal Reports

1) Is it possible to work with the report without using the viewer? I would like to use a CR with one of my applications but I don't want to have the user interface with the CRviewer, just press a button on a form and report prints.

2) I have been stumped as to what I need to include in the installation package to get a CR app to work on another computer other than the one it was developed on. I have VS2003ED at home and made a little test app with CR in it and deployed it to my work computer which has VS2002Pro and it gave an error that it is missing keycodev2.dll, but that dll is on my work computer. Also when I create a test CR app and deploy it to a user's computer here at work it has the same error. So I am obviously missing something in the install package. Anybody want to give me a hint?

Answering my own questions...just in case someone else wants to know.

1) Yes, it is possible. All the functionality of the viewer is available in the report object itself.

2) Must install merge modules in installation package. Or use a server merge module. Available at support.businessobjects.com/mergemodules.
