Counting # of calls to outside number w/o cdr?

Is it possible to count the number of times a specific number is called w/o using cdr?

Well, if you made a Route List just for this number, you could get the counts from Traffic - BARS RLI Trafic (TFN) - See LD2

But still, you would have to collect the traffic. Doing one day would not be so bad. TFN traffic is messy.
