I have a query for which i am counting the number of records which meet the criteria I have entered. How do I get the query to return a 0 if no records are found instead of simply showing no records. Thanks

Define a calculated field with DCount and a criteria.

Dcount will return 0 if there are no records, instead of seeing that blank datasheet that the COUNT(fieldname) returns....

Select Dcount({field}, {table}, {Criteria}) as RecCount ;
