Couldn't Find Installable ISAM Error

Here is the run down.
With in our custom database we have it setup to export customer contact information in to our Public folders in Outlook so that it can available to all users here.
We can add them find and everything works but if we try to delete one from the Access side it gives me the above error.
I have scowered over MS site and done all that I have found to do with this
Any Ideas?

I've had the same problem before. I found the solution in Microsoft TechNet. What version of Access is this custom database?
