couldn't find file System.mdw. This file is required for startup.

Has anyone seen this message:
"couldn't find file System.mdw. This file is required for startup."

I recieved this message when trying to open a file over the network. All other computers in the office can open the file and everything works fine except on this one computer.

The file server is winblows xp pro with all updates and this is on a winblows 2K pro with all updates. We do not have more than 4 people connecting to the server right now so I know I haven't exhausted the sharing capabilities of 10 users.

Any help is appreciated.
