Could not save realtime option Settings

Environment: ACER ALTOS/1200 Server with Windows 2000 Server and InoculateIT for Windows NT (Workgroup Eddition - Server, Current Version: 4.53)

when the server is restarted InoculateIT Realtime Monitor icon in the task bar appears disable. So, when I try to save new settings in realtime monitor, I am Getting error message "Could not save realtime option Settings".

Apply the 4.53 Win2k patch, available (I'm pretty sure) on CAI's website. It'll fix this issue.

Additionally, it might be telling you that a) your software isn't properly registered (happened to me), or b) that you have set your machine's realtime settings at the Admin level, and hit the "don't allow users to change" box.
