Could Not Open One or More Attachements

Hello all,

In the past few hours, we have been unable to open attachments sent in from the outside. Up till now, everything has been great.

message box: "Could Not Open One Or More Attachments"

Our inbound filter is not stripping them. The Exchange box is 2000 running Norton Exchange Virus Pro.

Any thoughts.

reinstallation of service pack 3 appears to have fixed this.
???

my confidence in exchange is slipping...

that is Exchange Service Pack 3 ....
