Could not generate stub objects for web service invocation

I am attempting to link to a web service using cfinvoke and get the error "Could not generate stub objects for web service invocation".

This is using sample code straight out of a a text book - so something is inherently wrong with my setup.

Any ideas?

Please try to invoke the web service by entering the url straight to your web browser and see if it brings up anything. The web service may not be running
