Could not find the object 'MSysDb'

I recently upgraded an Access97 database to 2000 and tried to deploy the application. When all was imported (tables/queries/modules), the error 'The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'MSysDb'. Make sure the object exists and that you spell ilts name and the path name correctly.'

Is there any way to recover from this error? Any assistance is VERY appreicative!! Thank you.
