Hi Guys

I am not sure if anyone can help me with this. I have installed a cot card and a device called a premicell. The premicell is a mobile phone in a box with an analogue line or analogue extension connection. I have programmed the cot card as a standard analogue line. The customer wants all 07 numbers to go out via the premicell. I have programme the RDB and created the trunks on the card. I have set up a RLI and DMI and associated the SPN 07 with the RLI,DMI etc.

If I make a call out the trunk goes busy and the premicell goes busy but the call returns NU tone. I have tested the premicell by plugging a test phone on the krone connection were the premicell is connected to the cot card and I can make a call out on the premicell. I am wondering is it some sort of timer issues with the third party box.

Any help appreciated

Marshall

I have that kind of device but with ISDN BRI connection.
For your problem, is overlap signaling engaged in RLI conf?
I mean your SPN must have the FLEN value with the right number of digits. Then the number will be send in block to the COT

strange that the provider wants a cot connection as opposed to an analog station.. normal key system from a line side or to a trunk card would usually be a station card on the pbx side..

If you can connect a phone to the box, as if you were the Meridian, and it works when you lift the handset and dial, then you know it can work on the Meridian as a Loop Start Trunk

Youe first test is 'not' with BARS and DMI and SPNs - it is "can you dial the ACCD - Trunk Route Access Code and make a good call"

If not, your Route or Trunk TN prog is wrong

If Yes, your BARS is wrong

targ x1..

always remove the default targ, unless you don't plan on giving access to that route. the default tgar and the default targ are one.. i always x1 on the original install. saves a headache

Not to be a pain about this but if it is the TGAR as you have suggested John would the call even reach the card. If I stat the card during a call I can see the trunk go busy and the GSM bridge get accessed.

Just curious
