I have a list of growers in the data base, they each have about 5 different sets of information about them. When I create a report and group it by the growers name it may two growers on one page. I would like it to put only one grower name per page with all there information. Is there some way to make this happen? I have tired to insert page breaks that does not work.
Thanks for your time.
Well do the two growers have the same name?
Or is the first couple of letters the same?
In order to have each on it's own.
you need a Unique idetifier for each record
Such as a GrowerID
In the Properties for the Group Footer (for the Grower), set Force New Page to "After Section"
