Hi All,

I had some hardware issues with my exchange server. Since we got that fixed all the client rules seem not be working.
1. the rules setup to filter mail just don't work.
2. when users try to see thier rules and make changes they get the following error.
"Some of your rules cannot be retrieved intact. They have been marked appropriately. Please refer to help......"

I have already run outlook.exe with /cleanrules and /cleanserverrules but it made no difference.
Does anyone know how to remove the corrupted client rules from the exchange server?

Thanks,
I am going to try this to see if it works. But I have approxiamtely 150 users with the same problem. Is there anyway I can do this at the server level once instead of having to do it at each client.

I've used the mdbvu tool and successfully removed the rules from the client. But I'm still unable to create any new rules and load them onto the server.
The following error messages pops up when I try
"One or more rules could not be uploaded to the exchange server and have been deactivated. This could be because some of the paramamters are not supported or there is insufficent space"

The rule is created on the client but not syncronised with the server.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot the unsupported parameters ? There is tonnes of space on teh exchange drive.
