Correct Values for Backup Speed issue

I am trying to decide which performance TID is correct on the value
Directory Cache Burrer Nonreferenced Delay
Ca's TID 10015 states use 5.5 SECONDS
Novell's TID 10067259 states use 5 MINUTES
Can anyone shed some light on which value is correct.
