DON'T SHOUT!!
Command should be:
SET TIME = HH:MM:SS
HH = Hours
MM = Minutes
SS = Seconds
You may be asked to confirm whether you want to change the time, answer yes. This should only be performed on the Primary or Reference time source server(s)
