My company wants me to create a template for our corporate styles, mainly just setting it up for all employees to use the same font and paragraph style, etc. This needs to be done in Word and Outlook; I think I was able to accomplish this in Word using the normal.dot, however I'm still having trouble in Outlook. I know I can setup the font to automatically use Arial 11pts, however how can I change the "Normal" in Style and Formatting so that I'm able to change the default paragraph style? I'd like to make this transition easy for all employees, so am looking for the best solution for this, even if I have to overwrite their existing template. Please help! Thanks.
