HI TO ALL

I WANT TO INSTALL CORPORATE DIRECTORY AND I DO IT THE NEXT:

I CHANGE CLS CRPA IN MY IP PHONES 2004 AND 1120

I HAVE TM 3.1 AND I GET THE REPORT OF CORPORATE DIRECTORY

I PRESS KEY DIRECTORY ONLY TELL ME DIRECTORY UNVAILABLE

NEED I OTHER THING FOR THIS WORKED?

You must configure the Common Name Directory Server in TM 3.1, and sync it with your system(s). This is where the name info in the corporate directory comes from.

After a successful sync, as long as your Corporate Directory report is configured correctly, you should be able to generate a new report, and send it to your system.
