Corporate Directory TM 3.0 1

I can not upload my Corporate directory.I have TM 3.0 running 5 cs1000's all are option 11 upgrades.Here is what the error log says.unable to open FTP connection to system 172.16.4.2 for uploading the corporate Directory file as directory '/u/db' could not be set.Anybody know whats happening? My TM lives on a 2003r server and i have all the patches loaded.

If I'm not mistaken, uploading the Corp Dir requires that the correct PDT password be furnished when you add the system. Just because you see a bunch of asterisks in the PDT Password field does not mean that it's the correct one. If it's been changed from the default, it needs to be updated in the system info for the FTP session to work correctly.

I checked the PDT and i can ftp to the pbx and login to pdt so i know that part works.

Try adding the PBX IP address, PBX Login ID and Password at the Navigator - Configuration - Configure FTP Server option.
