CorelDRAW 9 team printing options

Hi! Hope someone out here can help me. I use CorelDRAW 9, but recently have not been able to use any of the team printing options. I was able to use them, then I wasn't. I work in a monogram shop and this is really useful to me when it works. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry not sure what you mean by Team printing.

Team printing is an option under the DrawMATE button. It has athletic tails, text effects and player name wizard. I can't use any of those options, when I once could. Thanks.

Sorry you've got me here, must be a V9 thing I've never heard of a DrawMATE button, sounds good though.
