Corel 8 to Windows 2000 Pro

Just installed Corel 8 onto a machine with Windows 2000 Professional. When I go to print, the dialog box will not accept any change to the printer settings. I also noticed that the buttons along the bottom have lost their text properties ( the ok/cancel buttons show jibberish). I have re-installed but it did not help.

It worked fine with this printer in Windows 98 and the printer works with everything else in 2000.

Is Corel 8 compatible with 2000? Does it need an update or patch?
