COR for local and 1800 no long distance 1

Yes. All you have to do is give it the COR that has an FRL of 1 (usually COR 1). This will allow for local calls but not local toll usually. Then you need to look at the ARS Analysys of 1800 and ensure COR 1 has that capability.

The complete process invloves setting up a COR, changing ARS Analysis, and creating Route Patterns. The calling party's COR (assigned to the station) should have a low FRL (typically 1). Then, in ARS Analysis, define the dialed string for local and toll-free numbers. I'd recommend seperate route patterns for each (planning up front saves time when things change). Don't forget 800/855/866/877/888 are all toll-free area codes. In the new route patterns set the FRL level to match that assigned to the COR.
You may have to deal with RHNPA tables if your local calling area involves several area codes and some toll HNPA numbers.
