Can someone give me a quick explination of COR (Class of Restriction) and TN fields in the station setup.

THX all...

The COR limits the end users ability to call by use of FRL levels. On the station an FRL of 1 is most restrictive and 7 is least. If the route pattern carries an FRL of 3 and your COR has an FRL of 1, your call will be waved off.

TN stands for tenant partition. Unless you are in an environment where 2 businesses or departments need separate attendants and trunks - the TN will always be 1.
