I created an application using Lotus Notes, that I am in process of copyrighting. Do I need permission from IBM to use the Notes platform.?
don't think so. try reading license that comes with Notes, but bottom line is, you're never sure until you talk to a lawyer and let him/her endorse to shift liability from you on to the lawyer.
