copying worksheet to new workbook causes crash

I have a user with this problem:
Each time I try to copy a tab to a new workbook, I get the error message that "Excel.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created."
After she reboots it is ok for the next copy, then it happens again shortly after.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office. Any ideas?
