Copying user settings

Is there a way of copying user settings, such as button programming, from one user to another?

I know you can use the wizard when initially setting it up, but adding several users later on can be time consuming.

With 3.2 you can copy and paste buttons

And you can create user rights templates , either new or from existing users, and assign that to the new extensions.
