We are in the process of moving from an NT4 Domain to a Windows 2K Active Directory Domain. We are changing domain names in the process, so it is not just an upgrade. The only problem we are having is migrating the user profiles on the local machines. All of our workstations are already 2000 Pro, and we can join the new 2000 domain just fine. However, it creates a new profile for the user and we need to reset all of the exchange settings, desktops, etc. We tried copying the profile in computer properties and that didn't work. Does anyone know a way to easily remedy this?

were you using a member server to hold the profiles before?
