Copying user accounts

Hello all,

I'm about to embark on a domain migration from a NT environment to a AD environment. I've created a test environment with a NT server and a 2K server to do some actual testing before I do the real thing. What I need to do is populate the NT test box with the accounts of my production NT box. There are over 75 users on the production box. How do I 'copy' the accounts over to my test NT box? Please speak to me as if I were a child!
