Copying NRU customer info

I have tried this a few times without any success. Basically what I want to do is copy all my customer info in the NRU to external hard drive and upload it to another laptop. I've copied and transferred the software but the customer info does not travel with it.

Tried copying the path also without any success. What am I missing here???

Install NRU on laptop properly
Then copy the CustomerInfo access file located C:\Programs\Nortel\ICSRT\DB and pasted to same location on laptop (replace default).

I've opened my computer/ double click c drive/ program file/nortel networks/ ICSRT/DB/ CustomerInfo MDB file appears. Is this what i need to copy and then paste????
