Copying multiple values into a formula

How do I copy a list of values from, for instance, a column in Excel, to a statement in Formula Editor. Specifically, I am trying to copy a list in this format in Excel

Red Sox
Yankees
White Sox
Mariners

to this statement in Formula Editor

{Baseball.Teams} in ("Red Sox","Yankees","White Sox","Mariners")

All help appreciated!
