copying large files

Is there a quicker way of copying large files over a WAN using MS Explorer and doing a copy and paste?

Try Robocopy

I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.

Robocopy is part of the "Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools" and that you can download the English version of the kit at:

Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit (11.7 MB)


If there is a way to download Robocopy without downloading the entire Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools I am not aware of it.
